We are

Yorkshire's Only LGBTQ+ Football Team

And for over 25 years we've been providing a safe place for the LGBTQ+ community to play the sport they love with like minded people! #FootballForAll

Football For All

We’re not just about on-field success, we offer LGBTQ+ people and allies the opportunity to play the game they love in a safe, welcoming but still competitive atmosphere, as well as meet new people and travel around the country playing football.

Getting Invovled

It doesn't matter if you've played football all your life or you've never kicked a ball! Our goal is to ensure that everyone and anyone us always made to feel welcome and welcome.

If you’re thinking about getting involved or just want to have a chat about it, don’t hesitate to get in touch and say hello.

Small Club, Big History

Yorkshire Terriers were one of the first gay-friendly teams to be founded in the UK, back in 1997 and were a founder member of the GFSN (Gay Football Supporters Network) National League at the start of the 2002/3 season.

Since then, we've won the league, national cup, numerous small-sided competitions and have been a fixture in the top flight as the GFSN League has expanded over the years.
